Welcome to Myrendisca. These terms govern your use of our services provided through myrendisca.club (the “Site”). By accessing or using our services, information products or goods, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Services: Corporate legal advisory services offered by Myrendisca.
Information Products: Digital materials such as guides, reports, or courses provided by Myrendisca.
Goods: Physical items sold by Myrendisca.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order or using any Services, Information Products or Goods, you accept these Terms of Service.
4. Provision of Services, Products and Goods
4.1 Services
Myrendisca provides corporate legal advisory support including consultation, document review and tailored guidance. Scheduling is managed via mutual agreement. Services may be postponed with at least 48 hours’ notice.
4.2 Information Products
Information Products include downloadable resources such as legal templates, e-guides and webinars. Access is granted upon payment completion.
4.3 Goods
Goods include printed materials or branded merchandise. Delivery times vary by location.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Services
Clients may request a full reimbursement of fees if notice of cancellation is provided at least 48 hours before the scheduled start. Requests submitted later are eligible for credit toward future scheduling but are not subject to a fee reimbursement. Services that have commenced or been fully delivered are not eligible for fee reimbursement.
5.2 Information Products
Information Products may be eligible for fee reimbursement within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided no materials have been accessed or downloaded. To request a fee reimbursement, contact us via our contact form. Approved reimbursements will be applied via the original payment method within 10 business days.
5.3 Goods
Physical items may be sent back within 14 calendar days of delivery if they remain unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. To initiate a send-back, submit a request through our contact form. Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a fee reimbursement via the original payment method within 14 business days.
6. Postponements and Transfers for Services
Clients may postpone scheduled Services by providing at least 48 hours’ notice. Postponements are limited to one per engagement unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees applied to postponed Services will be credited toward the new appointment date.
7. No-Reimbursement Policy for Certain Services
Certain bespoke or preparatory Services requiring significant upfront effort may be designated as non-refundable. Such designation will be clearly stated prior to engagement. In these cases, fees compensate preliminary work and scheduling commitments and are not subject to reimbursement or credit.
8. Changes to Terms
Myrendisca reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on myrendisca.club. Continued use of our Site or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
